Why I created WallpapersMix
I created WallpapersMix.com for a simple reason: I was never really satisfied with the wallpapers I found online. Either the quality was poor, the formats were wrong, or the sites were overloaded with pop‑ups and fake download buttons.
So I started creating my own wallpapers, first for myself… and then I decided to share them so that as many people as possible could use them for free.
What you’ll find on the site
On WallpapersMix you’ll find:
- mobile wallpapers optimized for 1080×1920 (vertical format)
- desktop wallpapers in 1920×1080 (16:9)
- clear categories: fantasy, nature, animals, space, futuristic worlds, seasons…
- a simple site, with no tricks and no fake “download” buttons
Goal of the project
My goal is to offer clean, high‑quality wallpapers that are easy to download and use, while keeping the site fast and pleasant to browse.
New themes and formats (including 4K wallpapers) will be added in the future.
